Function list for CWatM preprocessing

Formating functions have been developped to preprocess most relevant types of data necessary to build a CWatM model (topographic, climatic, landcover, soil and water use). These functions apply on standardized data and format them to match CWatM model input specificities. The following functions have been implemented as of May 2026:
